Heat-Line
Heat-Line is a job-ready, freeze protected polyethylene pipe for use in new installations where pipe and freeze protection of domestic water supply is required. Heat-Line is manufactured complete with self-regulating heating cable, factory installed inside a 75 PSI, CSA approved polyethylene pipe.
Available up to 300 feet in length; 3 watts per foot at 50°F.
Retro-Line
Retro-Line is a job-ready, freeze protection kit designed for protection of existing polyethylene water supply pipes. Retro-Line is inserted directly inside the pipe using a unique dispensing system called "Retro-Reel". This reel helps to deploy the product into the pipe with absolute ease, while protecting it from mechanical injury. Retro-Line is also a common solution to freeze protect sump pump lines.
Available up to 550 feet in length; 3 watts per foot at 50°F.
Paladin
Paladin is a job-ready freeze protection kit suitable for use on all piping materials. As Paladin is wet location approved, it may be used inside non-pressurized pipes such as drain pipes. For pressurized or potable pipes see Retro-Line.

Paladin
Paladin is a job-ready freeze protection kit for use on metallic and non-metallic pipes including sewage lines. The heating cable is simply applied to the bottom side of the pipe in one straight run; thereby reducing the required length of heater by as much as 60 percent. As Paladin is wet location approved, it may also be used inside non-pressurized pipes such as drainage tiles.
Available up to 240 feet in length; 5 watts per foot at 50°F.
EXT5R
EXT5R is a job-ready freeze protection kit used on metallic and non-metallic pipes including sewage lines. The heating cable is simply applied to the bottom side of the pipe in one straight run; thereby reducing the required length of heater by as much as 60 percent.
Available from 130' up to 540 feet in length; 5 watts per foot at 50°F.

EXT3T
EXT3T is a job-ready freeze protection kit used on metallic and non-metallic pipes including sewage lines. The heating cable is easily applied to the bottom side of the pipe in a single run; thus reducing the required length of heater by as much as 60 percent. EXT3T is approved in applications where the heating cable may come into contact with corrosive, organic or inorganic materials.
Available up to 550 feet in length; 3 watts per foot at 50°F.
CARAPACE
CARAPACE is a high performance municipal or domestic water supply freeze protection system requiring professional installation. CARAPACE is recommended for use on constant pressure systems and provides an excellent alternative to blasting rock or as a precautionary system where burial below the frost line is cost prohibitive.
Available on 1000 foot reels or cut to specification. Maximum circuit length is 540 feet on a 20 amp circuit; 3 or 5 watts per foot at 50°F.
Kompensator
Kompensator is a self-regulating heater available in 12 volts and 24 volts often designed and supplied to suit customer specific requirements. Kompensator can be used to freeze protect water supply pipes and other metallic and non-metallic pipes. Kompensator is a low voltage heater, therefore compatible with battery use. Kompensator is used in the transportation industry, mining industry and off-grid applications.
Available up to 100 feet in length; 3 or 5 watts per foot at 50°F.

Paladin is a job-ready freeze protection kit for pipe and roof and gutter applications. Paladin can be used with EDGE-CUTTER channel flashings or solely in the conventional serpentine configuration. Paladin may also be used in downspouts and gutters as it is wet location approved.
Available up to 240 feet in length; 5 watts per foot at 50°F.
Cut-to-Length
Cut-to-Length heating cables can be tailored to length and terminated in the field. Cut-to-Length is approved for roof and gutter de-icing when used with Heat-Line power connection and termination control kits. Cut-to-Length heaters can be used in conjunction with Heat-Line EDGE-CUTTER channel flashings or in the conventional serpentine configuration.

EDGE-CUTTER
EDGE-CUTTER channel flashings combined with self-regulating heating cables are designed to prevent ice build-up, icicles, or ice dams on the roof edge using only a single run of heater. Each 4 foot aluminium flashing is feathered and has a channel to accommodate the self-regulating heating cable. The flashing is installed under the leading roof edge using screws, nails, or adhesives. The Paladin system or Heat-Line Cut-to-Length self-regulating heating cable is then installed within the channel with a cap securing it in place.

Plumbing Vent
ArcticVent
ArcticVent is the only cCSAus approved solution to freeze protect plumbing vent stacks. ArcticVent can be installed in either new or existing applications where ventilation ice blockages occur due to rising condensation in prolonged freezing temperatures. Ice blockages cause hazardous methane gas to seep into homes. ArcticVent can be used under continuous power for freeze maintenance or powered when required to thaw a frozen plumbing stack.
